# Configure Command Center groups

> Create and manage the Command Center groups that define the business units shown in the Command Center.

Command Center groups define the business units shown in the
[Command Center](/observe/command-center). Each group appears as a section in the
**Business Observability Overview** panel, listing its SLOs by health state.

A group must have a primary SLO to appear in the Command Center. Related SLOs
appear alongside the primary SLO within the group.

Only tenant admins can create, edit, and delete groups. To open the
**Command Center Groups** page, click **Settings** in the
**Business Observability Overview** panel of the
[Command Center](/observe/command-center).

## Create a group

1. On the **Command Center Groups** page, click **Create group**.
2. In the **Name** field, enter a name for the group.
3. In the **Primary SLO** field, select the SLO that tracks this group's overall
health. A group without a primary SLO won't appear in the Command Center.
4. **Optional:** In the **Related SLOs** field, select additional SLOs to display
alongside the primary SLO in the group.
5. Click **Create**.

## Edit a group

1. On the **Command Center Groups** page, click the <Icon icon="pencil" /> edit icon
   next to the group.
2. Update the fields as needed.
3. Click **Save**.

## Delete a group

1. On the **Command Center Groups** page, click the <Icon icon="trash" /> delete icon
   next to the group.
2. In the confirmation dialog, click **Delete**.

Deleting a group removes it from the Command Center. This action can't be undone.
